Cancellation Policy

Prices are offered for a limited time only, varied to change at Whanake Atuas' discretion. Changes will not effect existing paid plans. Cancellation of plans will only be accepted and refunded within 7days of payment. Emergency and unforeseen circumstanced cancellations will be at the Whanake Atuas' discretion and within 48hrs of the first appointment. Rescheduling under emergency and or unforeseen circumstances will be at Whanake Atuas' discretion. Normal rescheduling must be within 48hrs of the set appointment unless agreed otherwise by Whanake Atua. Whanake Atua will communicate any cancellations due to Whanake Atuas' fault and will provide a refund accordingly, only if appointment changes are not able to meet client availability. There will be no refunds after the first appointment unless otherwise agreed by Whanake Atua, rescheduling however will be considered. Whanake Atua strives to be flexible and understanding in the handling of emergency and unforeseen situations.
